Our plumbing rates are simple and we make payment a breeze.

Hourly Charge:

We have a minimum charge of one hour for all jobs. After the initial hour, work will be billed in half-hour increments.

Fixed Price:

​Our engineer is happy to provide a verbal or written quote upon request before any work begins. This ensures transparency and helps you make informed decisions. Please feel free to reach out for a quote at your convenience.

Materials:

​Materials supplied by PPH will be charged at trade price plus a 10% markup. This ensures that you receive quality materials at a competitive rate while allowing us to maintain our high standards of service. If you any questions about our pricing or services, feel free to reach out!

​Quotations:

​Contact our engineers for a quotation, or arrange a complimentary visit from one of our estimators or surveyors at location. We're here to help with your requirements!

Access:

Once a job has been confirmed it is the agent's/customer's responsibility to ensure access will be granted to the property. If an engineer attends site and cannot gain access our hourly charge will apply.

Boiler strip down and full service: £140.00+VAT (parts not included)
Boiler/Heating Diagnostics: £80.00+VAT
Radiator Standard Fitting: £80.00+VAT

Pumps replaced from £280.00+VAT

Motorised valves from £140.00+VAT

Replacement thermostats £POA

Mon-Fri:

9:00am - 5:00pm  £95.00+VAT

Mon-Fri:

5:00pm - 8:59am £180.00+VAT

Sat:

8:00am - 3pm £180.00+VAT

Payment must be made in full immediately by credit/debit card or cash to the engineer upon completion of the job or receipt of the invoice.

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months

Any quotes given are valid for 3 months.
